About Us
Who and What is Resideum?
Resideum was started by Greg Kurzner after working in the real estate industry for many years as a real estate broker.
Resideum buys properties that need love—some need a little, some need a lot—and we turn those properties into beautiful gems that we would be proud to live in ourselves. After crafting these gems, we sell them to hungry homebuyers.
We tackle houses with problems such as fire damage, mold and water damage, and even tornado destruction. Where others see disaster, we see opportunity.
By zagging where other real estate investors zig, Resideum is able to find opportunities that others miss. This allows us to recover profit margins that may not be available in other properties.
We also use our vertical integration to reduce our renovation costs and get work done faster and more effectively. Our sister company, Property Pro Services, oversees the repair and renovation of every property.
Once a property is fully renovated and ready for sale, we turn the property over to Kurzner Group, our sister real estate brokerage firm. Kurzner Group is consistently ranked the #1 team by volume in Atlanta, so we get quick sales.

Greg Kurzner started his real estate career in 1989 and is consistently ranked as the Atlanta Realtor Association’s #1 Agent by Sides and #5 in the U.S. by RealTrends/Wall St. Journal. He has transacted over 1 Billion in real estate properties in his 30+ year career and holds both a Georgia RE Broker’s and General Contractor’s license. Away from business, Greg is an avid tennis player and musician and spends time with his wife and 3 teenage kids.

Brent Bagley’s passion in life is helping others and making people smile. As Director of Business Development for Resideum, he combines his real estate knowledge and experience with his passion for service. Prior to joining Resideum, he was the Business Development Manager for Resideum’s affiliated Property Management firm. Brent is a licensed Georgia RE Agent and a GA native, growing up in Forsyth County, GA. When not working, Brent enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Patrick Dees serves as Director of Acquisitions and sales for Resideum’s affiliate brokerage and has played a key role in its success and growth. Patrick is a former licensed Real Estate Apprasier. He currently resides in Suwanee Ga. with his wife, Anastassia, and three boys, Michael, Jacob, and Andrew.

Her experience in real estate varies from new home construction, residential, commercial, and bank foreclosures to over seas investors and property management.

Victor Torres is the Senior Project Manager of Resideum’s affiliated General Contractor firm Property Pro Services, LLC. A Carpenter by trade, Victor and has been in the renovation industry for the last 20 years and brings both practical experience and a wealth of expertise to bear for our clients. Whether working with homeowners, property managers, investors, or real estate professionals, Victor approaches every project as if it were his own.

Mauro Martinez is a seasoned Renovation Project Manager having worked in the construction and restoration industry for over a decade with his focus mainly on renovation/construction and water/fire damage restoration, both residential and commercial and also multifamily. As an experienced estimator, Mauro prides himself on effectively managing jobs and exceeding clients’ expectations. He is truly a people person and loves to build life-long relationships with his customers who become friends. Family is a top priority. A transplant from Argentina, he is a big River Plate soccer club fan and he is coaching at the UFA Lawrenceville U8 team!

Angie holds a BS degree in Interior Design with a specialization in kitchen and bath design from Florida State University.

Kim Marshall is the Director of Accounting for Resideum as well as other affiliated companies. She joined the team in 2009 at the height of the housing market crisis. Kim brings great value to the team with her vast knowledge of the real estate industry. Kim prior to joining us spent several years in real estate accounting with ReMax of Greater Atlanta.
